Garden Carpet

Xanthorhoe fluctuata (70.049)

The Garden Carpet is widespread in Warwickshire and fairly common, especially in urban and suburban gardens where its larval foodplants occur. It is on the wing from April to October and may have up to three overlapping generations during this time.
